A bill relating to conveyance of certain interests in land for use by the United States Fish & Wildlife Service.

Prohibits the Secretary of the Interior from acquiring title to or a conservation easement in any water resource land for use by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service unless the acquisition of such land interest is approved by the affected State's legislature and access to such land is guaranteed to members of the public.
