A bill to provide that the antitrust exemption applicable to the business of insurance shall apply only to the business of life, health, and hospitalization insurance.

Amends the McCarran-Ferguson Act to provide that such Act (including the Federal antitrust exemption) shall apply only to the business of life, health, and hospital insurance. (Currently, such Act applies to the business of insurance.)
