A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to extend for 30 months the operation of provisions providing for continued payment of disability insurance benefits during administrative appeal of terminations of such benefits.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to extend for 30 months the operation of provisions continuing disability insurance benefit payments during administrative appeal of terminations of such benefits. (Currently, such payments are not to be made for months succeeding May 1988.)
