A bill to expand the group eligibility requirements for worker trade readjustment allowance to include workers for parts and services suppliers, and to lengthen by 13 weeks the period in which such allowance may be paid if training is being undertaken.

Amends the Trade Act of 1974 to expand the group eligibility requirements for worker trade adjustment assistance to include workers who provide essential parts or services for a firm.

Extends the period from 26 to 39 weeks that an eligible worker may receive such assistance during job training approved under the Act.
