A bill to equalize the retired pay of persons who served during World War II as Philippine Scouts with the retired pay of other members of the Armed Forces of the United States of corresponding grades and length of service.
Philippine Scout Retirement Pay Equity Act - Directs the Secretary of the Army to redetermine the retired pay for those persons serving as Philippine Scouts during World War II to bring such retired pay in conformity with retired pay payable to other members of the armed forces with the same grade and the same length of service.
Directs the Secretary to make similar adjustments for the calculation of benefits for survivors of such Philippine Scouts.
