Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to enter into an agreement with the Peace Garden Project, Inc., which permits the Project to establish a Peace Garden in the District of Columbia, to honor the commitment of the people of the United States to world peace. Requires Federal approval of design plans.
Prohibits Federal financial participation.
Terminates such authority if construction is not begun within five years of this Act's enactment.
