Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate a segment of the Rio Chama River, New Mexico, as a component of the Wild and Scenic Rivers System.
Sets forth management requirements for this and other segments of the River and adjacent lands.
Provides that nothing in this Act shall be construed to prohibit operation of the Abiquiu Dam for purposes authorized by law as of the date of enactment of this Act.
