Defense Technical Corrections Act of 1987 - Makes various technical and clerical corrections to specified provisions of the Department of Defense Authorization Act, 1987, the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 1987, and to Federal armed forces provisions, including corrections relating to: (1) military pay; (2) defense budgets; (3) defense procurement; (4) military construction operations; (5) military personnel; (6) intelligence operations; and (7) small business.
