Radon Testing Assistance Act of 1987 - Requires the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to: (1) provide technical assistance to State and local governments to encourage the incorporation of radon testing requirements in building codes; and (2) include a description of activities carried out under this Act in the Secretary's annual report.
Authorizes FY 1988 through 1990 appropriations.
