Lottery Advertising Clarification Act of 1987 - Amends the Federal criminal code and Postal Service provisions to include advertisements on gift enterprises, schemes offering prizes dependent upon lot or chance, and price lists as authorized State lottery information.
Includes as a punishable offense the unauthorized television broadcasting (currently, only radio broadcasting) of lottery information.
