A bill to amend the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act to increase the amount authorized to be appropriated as the annual Federal payment to the District of Columbia.

Amends the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act to increase from $444,500,000 to $462,300,000 the amount authorized to be appropriated as the annual Federal payment to the District of Columbia for FY 1988 and each fiscal year thereafter.
