Interstate Compact - Western Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact Consent Act- Grants congressional approval to the Western Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact which provides for cooperation among the States of South Dakota, Arizona, and any other eligible State in the management of low-level radioactive waste.
