A bill to provide for the inspection of all commercial seafood destined for human consumption in the United States.
Mandatory Fish Inspection Act of 1987 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture, within one year of enactment of this Act, to initiate a mandatory continuous inspection program of the commercial processing of fish, shellfish, and their products used for human consumption.
