Establishes in the Treasury a fund which shall be available to the American Battle Monuments Commission for expenses of establishing the Korean War Veterans Memorial. Directs the Chairman of the Commission to deposit private contributions accepted into such fund. Requires the Secretary of the Treasury to invest any portion of such fund not required to meet current expenses in interest bearing obligations of, or guaranteed by, the Government.
