Federal Hospital System Sharing Act of 1987 - Amends Federal veterans' benefits provisions to allow, under a health care sharing agreement, an individual who is eligible to receive direct health care in a facility of one agency (either the Veterans Administration or the Department of Defense) to be furnished such care at the facility of the other agency.
Revises the definition of the term "beneficiary" for purposes of eligibility for such benefits.
