A bill to amend the Federal Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act and the Comprehensive Smokeless Tobacco Health Education Act of 1986 respecting the advertising of tobacco products and for other purposes.
Health Protection Act of 1987 - Bans consumer sales promotions of tobacco products. Amends the Federal Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act and the Comprehensive Smokeless Tobacco Health Education Act of 1986 to reflect such ban.
Grants district courts of the United States jurisdiction to restrain violations of this Act.
