Fair Labor Standards Amendments of 1987 - Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to increase the minimum wage.
Provides for adjustments to the minimum wage until it reaches one-half of the average private hourly wage.
Provides for a lower minimum wage for: (1) part-time employment of individuals under age 19; and (2) full-time students between the ages of 19 and 22.
