A bill to defer congressional pay adjustments until the first March 1 following the beginning of the Congress next following the Congress during which certain actions with respect to pay rates are taken, to provide that appropriations of funds for congressional pay be considered separately from appropriations for other purposes, to require a recorded vote in each House on such appropriations, and for other purposes.
