A bill to implement the United States-European Communities Agreement on Citrus and Pasta, and for other purposes.

Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to implement changes in the tariff treatment of the following products pursuant to the United States-European Communities Agreement on Citrus and Pasta: (1) anchovies; (2) certain cheeses; (3) satsuma oranges (mandarin); (4) olives; (5) capers; (6) paprika; (7) cider; (8) olive oil; and (9) certain pastas.

Directs the President to increase the amount of the limitation imposed upon imported cheeses produced in the European Communities.
