A bill to revise the provisions relating to the 1986 agricultural disaster program under Public Law 99-591, the Continuing Appropriations Act for fiscal year 1987.
1986 Agricultural Disaster Program Revisions Act - Amends Federal law with regard to the 1986 agricultural disaster assistance program (program), to state that a producer must have been eligible for specified price support benefits in order to receive program assistance.
Authorizes county soil conservation committees to establish program acreages on farms which did not have program commodities planted in 1985.
Provides that sugar beet production losses shall reflect sugar content losses caused by 1986 heat, floods, or excessive moisture.
Permits applications based on provisions of this Act to be filed at any time prior to April 30, 1987.
