Directs the Secretary of the Interior to prepare and distribute, within two years after enactment of this Act, an interpretive handbook describing the Wildlife Prairie Park near Peoria, Illinois.
Requires the Secretary to report to specified congressional committees on the criteria and factors necessary for inclusion as an affiliated area of the National Park System, including an analysis of applicability to the Wildlife Prairie Park. Authorizes appropriations.
