A bill to prohibit county committees under certain circumstances from reducing farm program payment yields for purposes of calculating deficiency payments.
Agricultural Disaster Assistance Program Act of 1987 - Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949, effective for the 1987 crops of wheat, feed grains, upland cotton, and rice, to prohibit county committees from reducing farm program payment yields in calculating deficiency payments if: (1) producers are eligible for certain emergency disaster assistance; and (2) such producers have used planting methods not ordinarily used as a result of the disaster.
