Constitutional Amendment - States that the President and the Vice President shall hold office for a term of six years. Prohibits election more than once for either office. Prohibits a person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than four years of a term to which some other person was elected President from being elected to the office of President. Makes the same restriction for the office of Vice President.
Repeals the 22d amendment to the Constitution.
