A joint resolution disapproving the 1988 certification by the President with respect to Laos under section 802(b) of the Trade Act of 1974.

Disapproves the President's certification (received by the Congress on March 1, 1988) of the narcotics cooperation of Laos under provisions of the Trade Act of 1974 regarding tariff treatment of products of uncooperative countries.
