Authorizes the Vietnam Women's Memorial Project, Inc., to establish a memorial on Federal land in the District of Columbia or its environs to honor women who served in the armed forces in Vietnam during the Vietnam era. Requires the establishment of such memorial to be in compliance with current Federal standards for commemorative works.
Prohibits the United States from paying any expenses for the establishment of such memorial.
Expresses the sense of the Congress that it would be appropriate to locate such memorial within the current site of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in the District of Columbia.
