Recognizes specified identical plaques as significant symbols of the Year of New Sweden. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to accept one of the plaques as a gift and, with the consent of the owner of Fort Christina in Delaware, to place the plaque at the Fort to commemorate the 350th anniversary of the establishment of New Sweden.
