Expresses the sense of the Congress that the State agricultural experiment research system should continue to be supported, and that the 100th anniversary of the enactment of the Hatch Act of 1887 should be commemorated on March 3, 1987.
Authorizes and requests the President to issue a proclamation commemorating such Act and its role in establishing the system of State agricultural experiment stations.
