Constitutional Amendment - States that the President and Vice President shall hold a six-year term of office. Prohibits election more than once for either office. Prohibits a person elected to the Office of President from being elected to the Office of Vice President. Grants an exception to any person holding the office of President or Vice President at the time this amendment becomes operative, unless such person will have held the office of President or Vice President for an aggregate of more than ten years.
Repeals the 22d amendment to the Constitution.
