A joint resolution disapproving the certification by the President with respect to the Bahamas under section 802(b) of the Trade Act of 1974.

Disapproves the President's certification of the narcotics cooperation of the Bahamas under provisions of the Trade Act of 1974 which would deny trade benefits to uncooperative countries.
