A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress regarding reductions in payments to hospitals under part A of the Medicare program.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that Medicare (title XVIII of the Social Security Act) hospital payments for FY 1990 should not be reduced below levels provided in current law for such fiscal year.
