A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that the decision of the Attorney General to order the deportation of Joseph Patrick Doherty to the United Kingdom was politically motivated to appease the Government of the United Kingdom and that Joseph Patrick Doherty should be released on bond during the review of his application for asylum and should be granted asylum in the United States.
