A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with respect to the membership of Cuba on the United Nations Commission on Human Rights.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that: (1) it was inappropriate for Cuba to be granted full member status on the United Nations Commission on Human Rights; and (2) the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations should take appropriate action.
