A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress regarding the Government of Cuba's decision "to suspend all formalities regarding the execution" of the agreement on immigration matters signed by United States and Cuban representatives on December 14, 1984 (hereinafter, the "Agreement") and its persistent refusal to resume implementation of that Agreement.
