Securities Fraud Prevention Act - Amends the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to authorize the Securities and Exchange Commission to deny trading privileges to a securities broker if such broker is subject to an order of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission denying, suspending, or revoking his registration under the Commodity Exchange Act.
