Authorizes the Secretary of Defense to provide community impact planning assistance to Indian tribes located near once potential sites for the MX missile.
Directs the Secretary to provide assistance to such Indians on the same basis as that provided to State and local governments under the Military Construction Authorization Act, 1981, utilizing available FY 1981 Air Force appropriations.
Limits coverage to requests for assistance made before a specified date.
