Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President should: (1) consider appointing a high level official as the President's personal representative in seeking a solution to the Cyprus conflict; (2) call upon Turkey to withdraw its forces from Cyprus; and (3) pursue every appropriate avenue in support of United Nations efforts to seek a prompt resolution of this conflict, including the withdrawal of all foreign troops from Cyprus.
