A bill to amend the Social Security Act to make certain that recipients of aid or assistance under the various Federal-State public assistance and medicaid programs (and recipients of assistance under the veterans' pension and compensation programs or any other Federal or federally assisted program) will not have the amount of such aid or assistance reduced because of increases in monthly social security benefits.

Amends title I (Grants to States for Old-Age Assistance and Medical Assistance for the Aged), title IV (Aid to Families with Dependent Children), title XIV (Grants to States for Aid to the Permanently and Totally Disabled, title X (Grants to States for Aid to the Blind), and title XVI (Supplemental Security Income for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled) of the Social Security Act to insure that recipients of aid or assistance under specified Federal-State public assistance and Medicaid programs or recipients of assistance under any other federally assisted program will not have the amount of such aid or assistance reduced because of increases in monthly social security benefits.
