Amends the antirecession provisions of the Public Works Employment Act of 1976 to revise the nondiscrimination section thereunder by specifically applying to projects receiving assistance under such provisions prohibitions contained in certain Acts, including the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1975.
Directs that such nondiscrimination provisions be enforced in the same manner as are specified sections of the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972.
