A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act with respect to the payment, under the medicare program, of services of physicians rendered in a teaching hospital.

Amends Title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to repeal the exclusion from services provided under such Title of inpatient hospital services provided by a physician in a hospital which has a teaching program.

Repeals the provisions under Title XVIII directing that payment for the services of a physician rendered in a teaching hospital be made to a certain fund.
