A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to allow an itemized deductions for State and local vehicle registration fees paid or accrued.

Allows, under the Internal Revenue Code, an itemized deduction for State and local vehicle registration fees paid or accrued. Defines "state or local vehicle registration or use tax" as used in this Act.
