Emergency Employment Appropriation Act - =Title I:= Authorizes emergency employment appropriations for fiscal year 1975 for specified Federal departments and agencies.
=Title II:= States that no part of any appropriation, funds, or other authority contained in this Act shall be available for paying to the Administrator of the General Services Administration in excess of 90 percent of the standard level user charge, established pursuant to the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, for space and services; nor similarly for the purchase, lease or other acquisition of motor vehicles other than motor vehicles manufactured and assembled in the United States.
