Creates a ten-member Select Joint Committee on Servicemen Missing in Action. States that the function of such joint committee shall be to conduct a study of the problem of United States servicemen missing in action and to determine whether there exists a need for additional international inspection teams to ascertain whether there are servicemen held as prisoners of war.
Gives the joint committee specified powers necessary to carry out functions required by this resolution.
Directs the joint committee to report the results of its investigations to the Congress not later than one year after the adoption of this resolution.
Provides that expenses of the joint committee shall be paid one-half from the contingent fund of the House and one-half from the contingent fund of the Senate.
