Resolution authorizing the Committee on Public Works to conduct studies and investigations within the jurisdiction of such committee.

Authorizes the committee on Public Works, acting as a whole or by subcommittee, effective January 3, 1973, to conduct full and complete studies and investigations and to make inquiries within its jurisdiction.

Grants the Committee various powers to carry out the studies under the Resolution.

Requires the committee to submit to the House, not later than January 2, 1975, a report on the activities of that committee during the Congress ending at noon on January 3, 1975.
