Directs the Commission on Executive, Legislative and Judicial Salaries to conduct a review of the rates of pay of the Vice President of the United States, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Majority Leader and the Minority Leader of the Senate, and the Majority Leader and the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives. (Amends 2 U.S.C. 356)
