Requires the Civil Aeronautics Board to disapprove any agreement between air carriers established for the purpose of apportioning earnings, losses, traffic, service, or equipment during any labor dispute between one of the parties thereto and its employees.
Provides that no employee of an air carrier shall receive money from any fund established for the purpose of making payments to such employees during any such labor dispute if any employee of any other carrier has paid into such fund.
