Joint resolution calling upon the President to reduce drastically the amount of bureaucratic red tape which currently exists in the executive branch of the Federal Government.

Authorizes the President to take such steps as he deems appropriate to reduce, to the maximum extent possible, the volume of regulations, orders, decisions, studies, memorandums, and other forms of paperwork generated by the executive branch of the Federal Government, with the goal of ultimately cutting in half the amount of paper used by the Federal bureaucracy.
