introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on

A BILL
To prohibit the provision of funding to the State of Minnesota until
certain reporting requirements pertaining to voting are satisfied.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Minnesota Voter Integrity Act of
2026''.
SEC. 2. LIMITATION ON FUNDING.
None of the funds authorized to be made available under the Help
America Vote Act of 2002 may be made available to the State of
Minnesota until the Minnesota Secretary of State submits to the
Attorney General the following information:
(1) All records supporting or documenting same-day voter
registrations, as authorized under Minn. Stat. 201.061, Subd.
3.
(2) All records for the votes cast by voters registered
under Minn. Stat. 201.061, Subd. 3.
(3) All records kept under Minn. Stat. 201.01, Subds. 7 and
8.
(4) Any other records the Attorney General determines to be
relevant to compliance with requirements under the Help America
Vote Act of 2002.
