Moapa Band of Paiutes Land Conveyance Act - Directs that approximately 26,565 acres of land in Nevada administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the Bureau of Reclamation be: (1) held in trust for the benefit of the Moapa Band of Paiutes, and (2) made part of the Tribe's reservation.
Restricts gaming on the land.
Requires the Tribe to use the land for traditional and customary uses, stewardship conservation for the benefit of the Tribe, residential or recreational development, or renewable energy development. Requires the Tribe to pay the Secretary fair market value for any portion of the land used for another purpose.
