Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on [1RS-[1a(S*),3b]]-2-Methyl-4-oxo-3-(2-propenyl)-2-cyclopenten-1-yl 2,2-dimethyl-3-(2-methylprop-1-enyl)cyclopropanecarboxylate (Bioallethrin).
