(Sec. 105) Directs the Secretary of the Interior to enter into a compact with the Authority relating to Area objectives and management.
(Sec. 106) Directs the Authority to develop an Area management plan that presents comprehensive recommendations for the Area's conservation, funding, management, and development. Prohibits the Authority from using Federal funds received under this title to acquire real property.
(Sec. 108) Prohibits the Secretary from providing assistance under this title after September 30, 2012.
(Sec. 109) Authorizes appropriations. Prohibits Federal funding for activities using assistance under this title from exceeding 50 percent of costs.
Title II: Schuylkill River Valley National Heritage Area - Schuylkill River Valley National Heritage Area Act - Establishes the Schuylkill River Valley National Heritage Area comprised of the Schuylkill River watershed in specified Pennsylvania counties.
Designates the Schuylkill River Greenway Association as the management entity for the Area. Requires the Secretary to enter into a cooperative agreement with the Association relating to Area objectives and management.
(Sec. 205) Requires the Association to submit to the Secretary an Area management plan that presents comprehensive recommendations for Area conservation, funding, management, and development. Prohibits the Association from using Federal funds received under this title to acquire real property.
(Sec. 209) Prohibits the Secretary from providing assistance under this title after the date 15 years after this title's enactment.
(Sec. 210) Authorizes appropriations. Prohibits Federal funding provided under this title from exceeding 50 percent of the total cost of any project.
